I, heartly welcomes all the citizens of my country, management committee, all teaching and non teaching staff of college, and I also congratulate to all the Students of New Sainik College of Law for this new session 20 13-14. Our journey towards excellence in academics has been started from 2009 when New Sainik Public School Committee opened an Inter College, namely, New Sainik Inter College. The steps towards in the direction of academics are going to be increased from time to time. Consequently, the above mentioned Committee decided to open a Law College and now the result is before us. The Committee opened this New Sainik College of Law for the benefit of the students for there is neither a law college nor even a degree college in this area.
New Sainik College of Law has been established to create and disseminates knowledge in legal arena. New Sainik College of Law is affiliated to MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

Being Director (hon.) of this New Sainik College of Law we shall provide is quality education, good and clean atmosphere and beautiful campus conductive for interactive learning. We strongly are of this opinion that in addition to acquisition of professional expertise, it is equally important to enhance moral and ethical foundation of the students to better serve the society. For all, the students are encouraged to do internships, project works, debates, seminars, legal aid programme, moot court etc. with leading lawyers, law firms and social groups.

The New Sainik College of Law is situated at eight miles stone, Moradabad Chandausi road. We have an impressive infra-structure, unmatched expertise. In the light of immerging professional requirements this New Sainik College of Law trains the students by exposing them. Our overall motive is to make our students socially relevant and professionally sound and unmatched.

I would like all the aspirants to visit the campus of New Sainik College of Law enabling them to crystallize their thoughts in selecting the right and best institution of law for realizing their ambitions. I wish all our students a very successful academic year.
